    Billings, MT—1978. One station was the CBS and NBC affiliate, and they piped in KPIX from San Francisco between midnight and 6AM. We could get CBC Lethbridge, but they hadn’t switched to color programming, so all the programs they rebroadcast from the US networks were in black & white.
