   Re: National Employee Day – I had an MRI a couple of weeks ago. The gal at the front desk was bombarded with the phone and people and stuff, but every time I talked with her she had a smile on her face and got the job done. Same with the MRI guy who was funny, nice and made me feel comfortable. I wrote a glowing email to their supervisor. She never responded. So when I was there a week later, I asked the front desk gal and she never heard anything, so she called the supervisor. I finally got a return email saying, “Your opinion matters to us.” REALLY!!!? You’d think they would appreciate something like that!
