It was caused by a nasty cyberattack, so many people in so many different countries were affected for an extended period of time.

Take a look at he following link:https://www.dailycartoonist.com/index.php/2022/11/21/gocomics-down-due-to-cybersecurity-issues/

I tried a few other comics websites, but none were as good as GoComics.

This website isn’t perfect and they deservedly cop some flack from time to time for nonsensical decisions made, but they are best comics website we have available.

I live in Adelaide, Australia and was also affected by this outage for 3 days, I have no clue as to what happened.

Other users have posted that it was caused by a nasty cyberattack as evidenced by the fact that so many people in different countries were unable to access GoComics for an extended period of time.

Anyway I’m glad it’s all over and things are back to normal as other comic websites were simply not as good as GoComics.

When I was growing up we had to get up out of our chair to change channels, back in those days TV’s didn’t have remote controls so you did it yourself or asked the kids or your spouse to do it.

Most TV’s still have manual controls somewhere on the TV itself, they maybe hidden in a hard to find location because TV’s today are so thin and so they are not found in obvious locations for practical or aesthetic reasons.

I know exactly how Garfield feels, you walk down any supermarket isle and the amount of choice is astounding and bewildering.

For example you go get a loaf of bread and you are confronted with a isle packed with every kind of bread imaginable, making all types of claims and promises, it is so overwhelming and confusing. It often takes you ages to make a final decision, that you hope won’t disappoint you.

When I was growing up in the 60"s we only had two choices of bread: white or brown(wholemeal) the same applied to milk it was either full cream milk or the dreaded skimmed milk.

When Fergus has a conversation like this, he very much reminds me of Rose Nylund in the Golden Girls.

Cuddle’s has been skating on thin ice with his recent jokes regarding Bruno, is this going to be the end of a beautiful friendship? or more importantly will he live to see another day?.

Garfield deserves to get a face full of claws for that insensitive remark.

I have the same problem with coffee, but I find that it is best to drink a coffee made from 100% Arabica beans and is dark roasted.

Arabica beans are much lower in natural compounds which cause excess acidity and are more tolerable, any other blended coffee causes gastric irritation.

I remember getting a home chemistry kit as a young lad. Things turned out badly when I was trying the various experiments and accidentally overheated some Sulphur resulting in huge clouds of foul smelling thick black smoke to fill the entire house.

Fortunately we managed to get all the windows open and had the exhaust fans running, but the house still smelled absolutely dreadful for days afterward, I was never allowed to use that chemistry kit again and it was promptly consigned to the rubbish bin.
