Tried chair yoga, lifetime of activity has left me bone on bone in both knees (surgeries on both, and both feet, plus one rotator cuff) leaving my unable to do some things – but the chair yoga was a joke, no benefit felt at all. So am doing things I can but still thinking about finding a way to incorporate actual yoga – for seniors with limitations. Be surprised at how hard that is to find.
