I guess we might conclude that being well off is really quite relative. I could be considered poor since my income is just over poverty level. But, I live in a mortgage free house, can swim in a backyard pool, play with a loving dog, drive two vehicles, garden all over the place, mow with a lawn tractor, have savings and 32 acres of timberland. So, in a way, relatively, I’m rich.
