The only things they do not for us but against us is spend our money mostly on things we don’t approve of. They’re pretty much all scum.

Oatmeal can be boring or delicious depending on what you put in it. I like to put a teaspoon of jam or jelly in it with the cream. Pretty delicious. Or if you have some fruit, that’s good. Use your imagination.

    Or “Feed me.”

I feel the same way about mushrooms. But I like broccoli.

Reminds me of when a friend and I delivered Meals on Wheels for a week to replace someone who went on vacation. So many people griped about us being late. That’s what happens when you’re a substitute and have to find each place for the first time.

Just what I was thinking only it was 2020. Imagine all those people thinking they were gonna run out of TP.

Good looks and charm? They must be future traits of Calvin. He hasn’t got them now.

  8. about 15 hours ago on Buckles

Sorry Buckles. Paul doesn’t think the first amendment extends to dogs.

Yes it was bright so easy to see the kids wearing the bright yellow. That was the only thing good about them. One of my pet peeves is how people dress in dark colors when they will be outside in the dark walking or whatever. They should wear lighter colors so they can be seen by drivers. Once my husband nearly hit a boy with his car because the boy and all his friends were dressed in dark clothing.

I took typing for 2 years. The first year we learned on a manual typewriter and it was awful because we had to erase typos with that horrible eraser pencil the ripped the paper. The following year it was like we had to relearn it on an electric typewriter. But like you say it’s a life skill. I have found plenty of opportunity for typing even before getting online. But thank God for the backspace key! LOL
