The problem is those without skills that live in or at the poverty line don’t have the time (2-3 jobs) or the income to afford an already outrageously priced education, thus the cycle of poverty continues. If minimum wage at least kept pace with inflation, perhaps they would only have to work one fulltime job to go to school full time, not great, but at least a little better.

Things don’t change. While we hear about all the data thefts and hack, 90% of all data theft is an inside job due to lax restrictions.
Mike, I think you meant “White, male & land owning” American, after all isn’t that what the founding fathers allowed? Thank God, we can (and did) change the constitution to allow for all of us to vote. Though some states seem to be ignoring that message.
