Not to boast, but at least I know a few verses from Shakespeare. “To be or not to be that is the question.” and, " Tis but thy name that is thy enemy. What’s in a name? A rose by any other name would smell as sweet."

All the inventory of books at the book STORE are kept on a computer?

That’s funny. Just a week ago, when Elly was volunteering to work for free, Elly could be seen placing dozens of hard bound paper books on to book selves!

Although they are about the same age, Dennis the Menace was launched in March, 1951 and Peanuts was launched in October, 1950. Hard to tell though which of the girls developed their crushes first.

The good psychiatrist has a pair of ears in order to hear the patient’s confessions.

But shouldn’t the psychiatrist focus on why Ziggy doesn’t have ears and so how can Ziggy hear what the psychiatrist’s instructions are? He isn’t using sign language.

So her maiden name was actually ‘Always Gladys Gargle’? I had thought her first name was Gladys. How appropriate though when they were dating and getting serious that Brutus would say “I love you always! Will you marry me, Always?”

Wow! Today’s comic strip is showing its age! I can barely even remember the sound of the clickety clack of the cashier pushing the buttons on the cash register!

Nowadays they just slide the packages over a built in scanner and all you hear is the sound of the electronic beep.

So her lady school teacher made it back to work about a week ago – but now is sick off of work again? Must be the flu season.

What a coincidence! One time I was four feet tall also – when I was in grade two in Elementary School! ( perhaps at the beginning of grade 3 as well. I can’t really recollect taking exact measurements of my height at the time.
