   Thanks for responding. I do believe the stricter ATF Form 4 standards would keep guns out of a lot of people’s hands though and that would include the evil and the crazy ones. I base this on the fact that not many people have machine guns and while that may be because of the cost, I suspect it’s also because they don’t want to go through that process – the hassle and how intrusive it must be. But I don’t know who could be against it if it would lead to fewer mass shootings.
