   I’ve read GoComics’ Comment Policy, and I don’t see that I violated any of their policies by copying and pasting Georgia’s Patreon message.

   If anything, telling people that they should sign up for Patreon (not that I’m telling anyone NOT to, because it is worthy and it benefits Georgia, and I don’t believe in telling others what they should or should not do) would possibly violate GoComics’ policy #4 by soliciting or promoting such a membership.

   But that is GoComics’ concern, not mine. I merely copied and pasted the message because we were all melting down over not getting our daily BCN. How dare I.

    Georgia just posted the following on Patreon: Hello, everyone!

    Ora Zella seems to have also noticed there is no comic on GoComics today, from her expression lol! I’m so sorry for this. I’m not 100% certain what happened, and since the offices are understandably closed for the weekend I don’t have a way to ask. However, this would have been the first Sunday classic rerunning from when I took three weeks off when my father died. What I’m assuming happened is that possibly the reruns were handed to newspapers and perhaps somehow uploading them to the site was missed. It all happened very fast originally. After a few months of an illness doctors believed could be managed, Dad’s passing was unexpected until his health took the sharp turn that week. I was on a plane to the east coast within 72 hours after it happened. Myself and everyone in the office was in a rush to get the comic in place, and I think that somehow something happened to drop the file from the site. I’m very hopeful (knock on wood!) that it will be replaced tomorrow, as that is what’s occurred the few times we’ve had a file go missing.

    So, never fear, you did not miss a new comic! And the classic rerun should be up tomorrow! If you happen to get BCN in your newspaper, can you let us know did you see it? And which one it was? (I’m curious! I never asked in all the chaos of those first days.)
