I wish we get to see more of different characters interacting without it revolving around Nate. Yes he’s the main character but not every strip has to revolve around him, and we’ve seen plenty of past strips where characters interact and have their own arcs without Nate being in the center
vegetarian doesnt mean vegan. vegetarian means not eating meat, vegan means not eating food made with stuff like milk and eggs. also even if ellen is a vegan that doesnt mean she’d want trick or treaters to eat vegan candy from their home, she, like nate wants to hand out normal candies
yeah thats what i was worried about from the start of the arc- that there won’t be any good real payoff from it and unfortunately thats exactly what happened
this arc seems cool but the opening strip feels weird. nate’s the last person I’d expect to say smth like ‘but the school policy!’ he’d been stuffed into enough trashcans to know no kid cares about that
if its so priceless it wouldnt be out on some splindly table in the open now, would it? it would be stored somewhere safe. wht are we having this discussion just skip straight to nate trying to find the vase at the store already
