   What politics? Lincoln liking cats, an historical fact, is political? How so? Unless you have something against Lincoln or against the view that war is not a desirable thing, in which case, you, not Georgia, is the one being political. Which is fine—you have that right—but you do not have the right to tell someone to shut up on their own page.

    One economic and cultural unit, to be sure, although I’m sure they have separate city governments, being in two separate states.

    However, as you say, they are basically one city, and, as a Kansan, I’m getting tired of hearing how we can’t claim any of the Kansas City teams as ours. THEY ARE OUR TEAMS! (Not yelling at you since you recognize the truth about KC, but venting about those who don’t).
