The idea of an age limit for officeholders was proposed at the constitutional convention in 1787, but the presence of Benjamin Franklin made it inevitable that it would fail. It would require a constitutional amendment to add that today, and you’d certainly never get it ratified now. Adding any of the requirements you propose would mean amending the constitution, which is (intentionally) extremely difficult to do.
