Well, that would be interesting. No air, so no lift. But also no drag. Lower gravity, so more distance covered in flight for the same initial speed.
I used to throw a frisbee up to the right at a very steep angle, and the Frisbee would gradually reduce the angle of attack, and end up going purely horizontal toward the left.. But that would no happen on the moon.
I remember an ‘80s b movie starring the guy who played Chekov on “Star Trek” as an astronaut who went up on the last mothballed Saturn 5 to save the Earth from aliens on the moon. He brought a frisbee to throw, thinking it would outdistance Alan Shepherd’s golf ball. I thought he was full of it. No aerodynamic flight without air.
The manned flights to the Moon were back in President Nixon’s time which does lend some weight to conspiracy theories that they were faked although not much weight. Manned flights to the Moon may resume. We shall see.
When I was a kid, my siblings & I played a computer game called Battlezone, in which you commanded a force of space tanks, scouts, etc. on various planets. US vs. Soviets. Anyway, the training area, where I played because I was younger and not good at the main game, was on the moon. While on foot, your character could jump, and with the reduced gravity, jump quite a distance. And if you kept going, you could achieve quite a pace!

Would there be enough atmosphere on the moon to support a frisbee?

Seems like golf was on the astronauts’ minds. However, frisbee would most definitely be fun….
