Friday’s child?

Heh, that’s my annoying older brother’s birthday too. :D :D :D

October 13th was also Margaret Thatcher’s birthday. She became Prime Minister of the UK in 1979 when I was twelve and resigned in 1990 when I was approaching my own twenty-fourth birthday. That meant that Maggie had been Prime Minister for nearly half my life. She is still the UK’s longest reigning Prime Minister as well as the first of our three woman Prime Minister’s.

My sister’s birthday is October 29th. She shares her birthday with the fictional character Jack Reacher.

Not one of the better Libras.

Rain is necessary for gardens, but only in reasonable measure. The regions with forest fires, however, could use several days of rain.

I’m surprised he wasn’t born on Halloween. Nice appearance of a Charlie Brown lamp.

So Martin is a Libra. How many comic characters do we know by birth sign. Bucky in Get Fuzzy is Aries. Nate and Ginger Meggs are Scorpios. Lio is a Taurus. Charlie Brown is said to be Libra. Francis is Pisces etc.

Red may one day be as tall as his brother but he’ll never be the same kind of person. Not only has he seen and despised his older brother’s behavior but having Rover has made him a totally better human.

October 13th is the anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun in Fatima Portugal. 107 years this year. Google the story. I know a lot of people are going to think it’s a load of dung but 70,000 eyewitnesses is enough to convince me. And I got to be there to celebrate the 100th anniversary.
