Popcorn King! Ryan Cenk, a Cub Scout from Richmond, PA, soul $25,000 worth of popcorn- more than 10 tons- during a 2004 fundraiser! As a tribute to bluegrass singer Ally White, Carolll Sanders of Havesville, Kentucky, carved her initials into his toenails- with a chainsaw!
