Mitt won FL because all the Republicans figured out at the last minute that Newt can’t beat Obama, but Mitt could. In fact, all polls showed Gingrich getting hammered by President Obama, because the country doesn’t want a far right President. But what do they think Mitt is? It’s inconceivable that Romney would nominate to the courts anybody but a hard right judge. Mitt would be at the right’s beck and call. Even Ann Coulter loves him.

44 states to go. Newt isn’t listed in two of them…

@Ph8549 Really? Americans don’t want a far right President? What about Paul, by far the most Constitutional fiscally conservative candidate, who gets more independent voters than Obama, more Democrat support than any other current GOP candidate, and would get 46% of the vote against Obama’s 49% (more than Gingrich or Santorum)? Ron Paul is one of the most attractive candidates, just not in his own party. Newt’s just not that great a candidate or person.

But the Republican party is stripping Florida of half of its 99 delegates, and the other 50 are being contested in court because some people don’t like the winner-take-all system. Also some Hispanics feel they are not being represented.

masterskrain: been supporting this for DECADES, and of course limiting “funding options” to cut costs of campaigns, AND end “permanent fund raising”.
