Sorry, but to hear the media tell it, Obama and company got their permanent majority in 2012. Things rarely work out as liberal government planning types expect. Just watch.

Wrong as usual, there’s nothing “permanent” in the E.O. as permanent action DOES require Congress so THAT might be outside Article II responsibility. The TEMP measures howerver ARE within that authority.
