The safety system was in place but not turned on and a drive who can’t remember the turn and the first reaction is to spend more on infrastructure??? The liberal mind is broken.

Rail is but a small portion of the under-funded infrastructure maintenance, repair, and upgrading, a disaster decades in the making, more by public policy of funding “defense” and war abroad, than maintaining real defense at home.

Or instead of asking for more money for Congress to waste, we could turn the system on…. all the bureaucrats who kept it OFF all this time, are certainly going to get it turned on now. (If they don’t, it should prove that govt is hopelessly inefficient. But of course, no matter how well it would prove the point, lib’s would ignore it.)
