Trump was the first to challenge the media on their hypocrisy. Republicans LONGED for someone to tell the liberal media to “stuff it” and was (or is?) willing to forgive much, much like much of the left is willing to ignore anything for a Clinton.

If that were true. But those people pay plenty of other taxes. And they are a larger proportion of a small income than the pittance the rich pay. A billionaire can pay a million in taxes and still scrimp by.
