AGAIN… From Abraham Lincoln, a REPUBLICAN: Shall we expect some transatlantic military giant to step the ocean and crush us at a blow? Never! All the armies of Europe, Asia, and Africa combined, with all the treasure of the earth (our own excepted) in their military chest, with a Bonaparte for a commander, could not by force take a drink from the Ohio or make a track on the Blue Ridge in a trial of a thousand years. At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer. If it ever reach us it must spring up amongst us; it cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen we must live through all time or die by suicide.

What happened to repugs backing the blue?

They where ecstatic when Barr used the FBI and Justice to be trumps personal attack dogs but when they ACTUALLY enforce the law they lose their collective s#$t because they know perfectly well how many laws trump and the entire magat repug party have broken, and how many they plan to break.

I think we can all get behind this one: Let’s defund Congress. Maybe if they had done their jobs, Trump wouldn’t have gone so far off rails. That would have been better for him and the rest of us.

How about a compromise? Take the vehicles away from the cops/FBI. Let them use public transit.

I’d love to see a cop running a speed trap, sitting on the side of the road, on a bicycle.

If the cops want to do ‘’Construction Details’‘, they should have to wear a hardhat, an orange vest and help watch the 2 guys, who are actually working. It’s only fair.

Defund the police and FBI. Use the money saved to send AR-15 vouchers to anyone who has registered Republican. Then they can hunt Rino’s and Libs legally.

‘Defund the police’ is/was a misunderstood phrase. A false definition was attached to the phrase: “there’s a big difference between reforming police services, defunding them and straight-up abolishing them. Every word carries unique connotations and consequences, but they aren’t mutually exclusive.Put simply, defunding the police means steadily decreasing the budget allotted to police services and diverting that funding to other resources, such as community, mental health and other supports.”

    False cartoon.

The Dems — with very few exceptions — are not campaigning to “defund the police”. That’s a fiction authored and promoted by the current Republican politicians.

The difference was, progressives allowed themselves to poorly word what they meant. They really meant reform police, as is apparent in the fact that Democrats actually improved funding for police, which Republicans often voted against.

Republicans on the other hand have been defunding the police for decades, as they would like to privatize police, to ensure they can hire ‘their’ kind of police easier. Not to mention make a profit off of a necessary government program.

“Defund the police” was a bad slogan, it should have been “De-militarize the police” which has been clarified over and over and over again.

Tell me how allegedly “law and order” Repubs can justify their new hatred of the FBI while they seem to be ignorant of due process.

Well the FBI needs to spend less time on politics and more time on crime, terrorism, and cyber attacks.
