The extremely wealthy have spent a lot of money to divide us so they can continue to steal the majority of America’s bounty from all of us. The majority of Republicans, Democrats, and Independents want very similar things. In 1943, Norman Rockwell illustrated a 1941 State of the Union address by President Franklin D. Roosevelt, in which he outlined four values that he considered essential to preserve: freedom of speech, freedom of worship, freedom from want, and freedom from fear. I think those freedoms speak to all of us. Trouble begins when one group thinks their way is the only “Correct” way. Our nation was founded on building consensus amongst diverse ideas. Like crowd sourcing, the best solutions come when the largest crowds participate.
RA…now That’s a brilliant political toon! Illustrating perfectly the irony, insanity and limitless hypocrisy that this March has brought us. Perfectly timely, too. Well done.

It would be better if the seeds had say “DEATH PENALTY FOR ABORTION” and “CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY” meeting in the first round

Sadly, this reflects the ‘extremes’ of our political ‘sides.’ Have we, in the center, become too quiet?

The GOP: The so-called “Freedom Party” is really the extreme anti-freedom party. They have become the world’s most prolific liars.

This is the first time in my life I’ve truly become frightened about America’s future.

Maybe “March of madness.” would be a more apposite caption.

VOTE. And remember, if you vote Republican, you’re shooting yourself in the foot.

Which of those things take away our freedoms? Which party put those things out there?

Good toon. One could rationally argue for and against each point listed and not necessarily be totally wrong. We need to come together in the middle.

Am I correct in thinking the items on their respective sides, correlate with the “left” and “right” wingers?
