Trump and Mitch McConnell put a partisan, far-right, lying conservative majority on the court, right out in public for everyone to see.

Yep. I have little doubt that SCROTUS will do what it can to throw the election.

The extreme right wing six ‘justices’ are in the bag for Trump and are doing all they can to prevent Trump from ever going to trial on any federal charges, especially the obvious theft of top secret/sensitive classified documents.

Some of those documents are STILL missing.

There are also “Go to Jail” cards in the Monopoly Chance and Community Chest (?) decks, along with that same square on the playing board. Trump and his MAGA folks shouldn’t be counting their chickens just yet. Nor should reasonable folks, either.

Conservative majority? What is so hard to understand about a 9-0 ruling. SCOTUS had to slap blue states silly because they don’t have a clue about the Constitution.

9-0 is generating sweet liberal tears.

Some leftist butthurt after yesterdays 9-0 rout. The “if you can’t beat him delete him” dirty trick failed. Back to their other shenanigans.

At least 1/3 of the country will vote for a ham sandwich over a Democrat, so start studying how Putin and Xi work if that 1/3 beats the other 2/3s because the 2/3s don’t vote.

Is there the least little tiny bit of surprise that the corrupt 6 are going to give trump whatever he wants?

The opinion said nothing about “getting out of jail free.” It was concerned with the Constitutionality of individual states deciding who was ineligible to run for office. But, as usual, the left offers lies, distortions, and hyperbole instead of rational analysis.

Whenever you feel like the verdict was wrong, think about it as if it were the person you back. It was the logical, constitutional, and correct decision. States should not be able to ban anyone from the election, even if he is accused in a crime. Even if he has been found guilty of fraud and sexual assault. The people of the USA have to be the ones to refuse to vote for a person, and no one should not be allowed that right, even if they, by some twisted logic, choose to vote for the most vile public figure in American history. And, Trump hasn’t actually gained anything. Do you in your wildest dreams think that any of the states that were able to get him off the ballot were going to vote for him anyway?

However, from any perspective, no one can be immune from prosecution for whatever they choose to do. If the Supremes rule that Trump is immune, Biden could simply publicly order a hit on him and eliminate the problem. Works both ways, though, and I have absolutely no doubt that Trump would do it.

If.. AG Merrick Garland had any guts, he would declare that the tradition of not charging a president within 60 days of an election will not apply this year. This policy is not written in stone and due to the obvious delaying tactics expressed, the policy will not apply.

While I’m sure the right wing branch of the SCOTUS had much to do with overturning the other states courts decisions to ban Trump from the primary ballot, we have to remember that the vote was UNANIMOUS.

This most likely refers to the Supreme Court waiting until April to hear arguments for the total immunity appeal that Trump’s lawyers have sewn throughout his many trials instead of taking the appeal when Jack Smith asked for them to do so.

Delay, delay, delay – not the actions of an innocent man or the complicit actors assisting him with the delay.
