Cave-Man: Welcome to the Supreme Court!
Wal-Mart: Neat...we have greeters too!
@vortex1203 – Have you actually looked at the complaints in the class action? Reality is that a lot of women were treeted very badly. Note that the Supreme Court did NOT say the complaints were unjustified, just that there were too many complaints from too many different Walmart sites to combine into a single class action. Of course the final effect is to cancel the entire matter since it’s too expensive for a single person or small group to mount a civil suit against a giant corporation.
Approximately 40% of WalMarts workforce is single unwed mothers. These are people who rarely make it into management positions in any company because the time involved in raising a child by yourself conflicts with the time invloved with being a manager.Of course these women made the choice to have a child out of wedlock and must now live with that decision. But since liberals do not believe in choices having consequences, they insist that we make special concessions for people who have screwed themselves over.
The stupidity of this comic is the perception that justice Scalia is some sort of mindless Neanderthal, when he’s the most brilliant Constitutional mind on the entire court. And of course, that is Rogers’ main objection to the man—he makes decisions based upon what the Constitution actually SAYS, and he’s a proponent of the rule of law, rather than the whim of the time.
That explains it, I knew Scalia made his decisions based on something, he’s a troglodyte.
