Perhaps the mothers of those Supreme Court justices should have raised them better. And taught the newest three not to lie.
Geez, Republican Stantis appears not to be cheering the decision.
What’s next, is he going to realize that Republicans hate democracy and make a cartoon about it?
Perhaps this should have been a decision for only the women on the Supreme Court to decide. Granted, the right to have an abortion should be a given, but that’s not reality. So if the state is going to decide, let it be by those who are actually affected.
Considering their stance on guns, the Pope stated that they are NOT pro-life.
Always with the big belly. You do realize, don’t you, that a woman who has a big bump has already decided to have that baby, and that very little short of a medical emergency is going to change her mind.
and the other 4 not to ignore the Constitution…………….abortion is not mentioned in it. A RIGHT to LIFE is.
I think Cavanaugh was raised by ferrets—his features support this supposition.
Don’t worry, according to Republican elected officials, a woman can always control when and how much ejac-ulate a woman allows into her body, and women automagically have an ability to shut down their reproductive tube thingies in the event of a “legitimate” rape. Besides, leaders like Gov. Abbott has assured us that there is no need for abortion at all, simply because they passed laws against rape.
And women will be overjoyed to help with the right to white life by giving up all those baby-killing contraceptive things like the Pill, Plan B, IUDs, and other anti-God stuff. And registering with the Pregger Police is no big deal, right?
The cartoon states a false equivalency. Pro-choice people want just that — the freedom of a pregnant woman to decide for herself what is the best course for her pregnancy. The “pro-life” crowd insist on denying her that right; their designation is particularly ironic in that, since most consider themselves “conservatives”, they are more eager to give rights to gun-owners than to pregnant women.
FALSE EQUIVALENCY ALERT, otherwise known as a Stantis toon, editorial or Prickly City.
