That looks like how I learned – sort of – yoga.
Reading while lying down is REALLY DIFFICULT with glasses.
We had a drill instructor in boot camp who had us doing four count pushups. You start with your chest an inch off the ground. On the count of one you would push up so that your arms were half bent. On the count of two you would straighten your arms all the way. On the count of three it was back to the arms half-bent position. On the count of four you would go to the starting position, with your chest one inch off the ground. If he was in a bad mood he’d smoke a cigarette between counts.
Is this class fully booked?
