He can take a Starliner. It’s a one way ticket.

How is being an astronaut “working remotely”? It’s all about being there to do something a machine cannot do with someone working it remotely.

“ Can you handle 5 G’s?”

“ No, but my phone can.”

After the Boeing Starliner crew having to, um, overstay their welcome in the ISS, I don’t foresee many astronauts wanting to go up there.
