Boy, the radical right-wingers are working hard today trying to equate trump’s proven theft of T-S documents for personal gain is some-how the same thing as old, unknown what classification, documents that were returned as soon as they were found and yes, he was allowed to read them. Who checked them out is the person who must return them. WHO, is the question and the answer.
So if Biden took a few documents that makes it okay that Trump took hundreds of documents? (And ignore the differences between Biden’s and Trump’s responses to returning those documents.)
Not giving Biden a free pass, but pointing out that whatever Biden did here it doesn’t make Trump innocent.
At least we should all be able to admit it’s a clever twist on a statement Joe Biden has repeated twice in the last couple of days! Wish I’d thought of it!
Let me know when it is established that Biden had anything to do with it. Or that he refused to return them. Or that he defied a subpoena for them. Or that he claimed to have declassified them. Or that they were his.

Not clear that Biden “took” anything, whereas there’s ample evidence that Trump himself packed up some of the classified stuff. It’s likelier that Biden’s staff made the mistake, if mistake it was. So far, the only description of the closet documents is that they were briefing papers for foreign trips, and are quite likely superannuated. The only details about the garage documents is that “six pages” were involved. Scandalum magnatum!

They were found at Hunter’s house, in a locked garage, by the Corvette. Wow. Hard to get better respect and security than that.
