Oh Phil, I’m disappointed in you. Shame on you! But I must admit that was a clever switch-a-roo on Jan’s part. I was sure this was going to be smooth sailing into a wedding. Maybe they’ll break up and Phil will have to beg the family for reinstatement.

Oh man. Val’s going to have such a rotten Christmas! :(

Well, what’s he supposed to do? Last time they talked about marriage, they BOTH agreed they didn’t want it. Val, stop going the safe way, tell Phil how it made you feel.

Not a discussion to be had over the phone.

If there is a chance of them getting engaged they should move in together first.

The question is…is he nervous because he is afraid of commitment, or because he put his aunt up to it and thinks he has been caught?

omg…. where is this going now? gotta wait till monday. but maybe this crisis and breaking point is good…. as they say, "shit or get off the pot’.

OK, here’s my prediction. The female contingent has been working on Val a lot. Now enter Wally to help Phil as he’s been left out of these marriage discussions to date.
