Now don’t tells me you forgot to pack foods and water too.
I said it! I said it! No breakfast for you now! As for oxygen, open the sodding door!
What a drama queen, just hold yer breathe for two hours. And yes, we did notice the rack of lamb.
“We could get through faster if we didn’t have to dodge all these words along the way!”
Doris is really just practicing for a silent movie role as she wants to upgrade from acting in comics to acting in films. Best Clara Bow pose I’ve seen in awhile.
Drilling down 500 miles at 7 miles per hour would take just over 71 hours. To go 406 miles at that speed, it would take 58 hours. And they brought only 12 hours of air. Brilliant.
Oh c’mon, Doris! Don’t be a sissy, prissy missy! Self do self have! Just go “OOOOOOO” and create your own oxygen
14 hours of burrowing and only 12 hours of oxygen? Meh. Sounds like a government contract to me, for sure.
“I knew I was forgetting something!”
“It’s a good thing we brought Tarzan along!”
How could Tarzan figure out how much oxygen is in the Mole? And why does the Mole look like it was modeled after someone’s favorite bedroom toy?
Houston we have a problem.
Under the continents the crust averages about 25 miles thick. Under the oceans it is about 7 miles. (Numbers are from memory of my college geology class about 50 years ago and may not be entirely accurate.)
Doris looks as though she could use a big Elvis Presley dose of a throbbing hunk of burnin’ love….she kinda looks like Joan Collins…wait for it!
“That was Tank 1. Please switch to Tank 37 next.”
With all the extra lung capacity she seems to have, she shouldn’t be having as much trouble as the men.
