I couldn’t get it out of the pot, so I threw the whole thing away…and I’ve nearly gotten the smell out of the house. Sigh…

Holy cow, did I drive home through a heavy downpour Sat night! It was coming down in sheets. I could barely see where I was going. Such a relief to get home!

Hello to all redheads! I love red hair. I am a natural blonde, but I started dying my hair red (“light auburn,” it said on the package) as a teen and kept it red for a few decades. My favorite was when my hair was hip-length and I would curl it. It took a lot of setting lotion, but it was spectacular.

Awww, how sweet. Oliver is a friend to everyone. On another note, saw two chickadees, a squirrel, a spotted towhee, two robins, a varied thrush, and a dragonfly while out walking today.
