The apostrophe finds plenty of work in other situations where it is not needed.

Was watching The Weather Channel, and I just saw video of the Miami beachfront. That’s going to take weeks to clean up. All those pools filled with sand and debris. Not to mention the several feet of sand everywhere. A right mess.

I love 10 cats & the Graham Crackers. Would you believe on Non Sequitur someone answered my comments on the hurricane with political crap ( i hope that’s not a banned word).

LOVE this one! The aspens have just exploded with their brilliant yellow and orange fall colors in the last few days in the Sierra and I’m going to spend the day exploring several canyons before the weekend crowds make the roads impassable. Yesterday friends took me on a hike to a beautiful hidden waterfall only 10 miles north of town where we saw at least 50 mountain bluebirds.

Chesney’s’s comment in that first panel was one of his’ best. :) :)

Chesney, take a chill pill. As a matter of fact, take two. Annie, you should know better than to let Chesney get on your nerves.
