GC are still experiencing some issues, I refreshed Wednesdays strip at around 06:05 GMT and got the ‘Next Day’ and ‘Last Strip’ links available, so I clicked on them to bring up Thursdays (Todays) page. I got this error message:

It cleared by 06:08 and I got todays page. They’re still having some problems that are affecting the sites function, hopefully they’re well on the way to getting the issues tracked down and resolved.
When I got home from work last night, I took more cat food and water out to the garage for my Annie look-alike visitor. The food I had put out the previous night was all gone and so was the water. I don’t know if the cat ate it all or if a possum was out there, but if the kitty was dumped, I hope he or she ate the food. I did not see the cat this time. I hope it was a neighbor cat just visiting. I wouldn’t mind if a possum ate the cat food. I’ll keep an eye out for the kitty. Maybe I need to start putting food out ion the daytime though, so I have a better chance of seeing the cat. It’s dark when I get home from work.
Not really anything to update on Annie and her kids. Cindy and Pebbles will kiss me while Annie and Panther just hiss at me. Cindy looks more like Annie all the time because she’s growing from a little kitten into a cat. Gosh they grow up fast!
The strangest thing happened this morning. At 3:30, Brad put out the trash can. It was REALLY heavy because he forgo last week. I’ve been up since 5:30 and heard the truck at 6. I went out and our can is GONE. The neighbors on both sides are there and not emptied. The ones across the street are there and not emptied. I think the early truck was the on tat picks up the recycle. That can is GONE. I called Brad and he thinks I’m nuts.
Ironically my sweet kitty, LOVED both of my dogs. I was supposed to bring her to the shelter in the morning when my terrier mutt realized she was loving the ‘games’ they were playing. Talk about sulking! Much to his dismay the shelter plan got scrapped and she became my dumpster kitty! A few years after he crossed over the rainbow bridge I was blessed with a Chocolate Sheprador mutt who treated her kitty sister respectfully… from a distance. My cat tried to initiate play & snuggles with both, unsuccessfully. Further irony: the only dog she showed fear of was a friend’s pyranese mutt who showed no aggression at all, just fluffed around harmless and confused at why she was afraid of him? The one dog who would have let her cuddle, she was afraid of!? Miss them all.
Dogs may stink (literally), but I certainly don’t hate them. They definitely have some good (or possibly even great) qualities. Still, I prefer cats. On another note, saw two juncos and two varied thrushes while out walking today.
