Unless Heyborne portrayed a political figure who made a spectacle of himself I failed to find the connection. After reading an editorial about Delauter I am wondering too what is in the water for anyone to vote for him; I wonder how bad of a spectacle he would be if he went to the state level of politics.

Thanks to Kirby Delauter’s skillful manipulation of the media, he’s now becoming known as a jerk the world over. Epic fail!

I guess I’ll have to google this spectacular specimen of humanity.

Sorry, I had to “Google” Kirby Delauter and the other one. I guess I don’t keep up with the current affairs of Kirby Delauter – or was there another reason someone brought his name up?

This is so very cool! This is the Councilman from Maryland who earlier this month decided in a fit of shocking hubris, to redefine the rules of engagement between public servants (himself) and the local newspapers. He threatened to sue the local paper, and possibly others, for using his name without prior authorization. When he was told the world doesn’t work that way by the paper, he pretty much had a meltdown, and threatened immediate legal action, in a very public way. Needless to say, it went viral very quickly….
