I recently saw a shirt with the slogan, "Duct tape can’t fix “Stupid” – but it can muffle it."

Here we have the allegorical “great Repairer” throwing his allegorical “Duct Tape” at a part of America in desperate need of “fixing” – there’s been no reports of the Florida governor flying refugees fleeing communism to liberal pockets of the country, recently – I know that’s harsh, but as I always told my kids – “Life is a Bit*h – and then you die.”

Hurricanes (and typhoons) are Death’s shuriken! (then there’s earthquakes, tidal waves and drought-caused mega-fires… not to mention drought itself)

Republicans will still deny it even as Republican governors face more hurricanes like Ian.

Apparently they have not followed science that shows no increase in hurricane activity since 1990, fewer landfalls and significantly fewer deaths from hurricanes. But when did the progressives care about science?
