The cartoon mentions the U.N. report, not a US report. I’m not an American by the way. The “we” I used in my first comment denoted most of the western world that were salivating for trade with China.Essentially we’re on the same page.I’ll accept you meant the North Korean economy and not the North Koreans with “standing gutter water” comment.
