Peru did a pretty good job.
The response in Peru was a very clear “We don’t think so”. He was in custody within 4 hours, all by due process from what I can see.
Unlike the “banana republic” we seem to be living in now.
I guess we won’t be seeing Prince Hector Giustizia for a while.
