    ^M Henri , like I said, on degree. I’ll admit I’m being lenient with Obama. It’s hard to be more critical when one expected more of him and one is drawn to being defensive about his deeds since one “invested” in him (others invested so much and are so disappointed that they’re rounding on him!). But I do recall saying last year that despite liking him, I didn’t place such high expectations on what he could accomplish. So why do I feel “disappointment” seeing as I didn’t invest anything in him and didn’t vote for him? I guess perhaps I did go with the world glow. Which is why I think I find myself in the position of being reluctant to criticise him. It is something I must be more aware when looking at him and his actions. And … he isn’t even my president. But as regards the Nobel peace prize, since it wasn’t his choosing to be awarded it, his speech should be seen in that light.
