First I thought it is a nightmare… Well, it would be for Spud, but Wallace is brave!

The closer you get to the peak of the roof, the more you understand the seagull?

i don’t understand that last panel – why are they all just staring at the frisbee after wallace knocked it off the roof?

As a side note, I would question the wisdom of hanging laundry out to dry on a clothes line when all those sea gulls are hanging out in the roof.

I love how as he ascends the wall, you can get a sneak peek at what he’s encountering next by looking at the top of the panel. Reminds me of Jan Brett books.

They appear to have been playing frisbee at low tide. This looks like a building on a wharf. The first story is a lobster/clam shack and the second one is Mrs. Poplar’s place.

Anyone else notice that Wallace’s dad is walking by the crab shack in panel 2?

I liked his climb better than than that easy way might have been. He can find adventure in retrieving a frisbee. Gotta love that little guy …

That’s happened to me. It was my Cox Nike Zeus model rocket. All the time. Trees. Rooftops. Farmer’s fields. The farmer’s fields were the hardest. Especially when the corn was high.
