The sitcom would presumably have an arc about China threatening to recall the panda if relations with the US get frosty.

God forbid, but whose discarded drink cup is that? It wasn’t there yesterday. I’m hoping one of them will pick it up to throw away when they leave.

Wallace likes doing random associations, just like me. I think I’d let the panda thing go by. How about an assistant who is a sea serpent? Named Cecil? What do you mean, “it’s been done?”

How would Rose know from sitcoms? I’m sure she’s not allowed to watch any.

Last I heard, there was disagreement among biologists as to whether pandas are related to bears. The experts don’t call them “panda bears,” at any rate.
