Coffee is my afternoon treat, when I come home from gym I get mine!

Me thoughts dark wizards was nocturnal night shift workers.

It’s as if everything and everyone in the whole world revolved around the Wiz.

That reminds me. I need another coffee…….

Why did the coffee go to therapy?

It had bean struggling with its grounds.

Coffee: strength and positivity one sip at a time.

I didn’t choose the mug life,

the mug life chose me.

Wiz. You’re un-frapp-ing believable!

Why did the coffee file a police report?

It was mugged!

What do you call a sad cup of coffee?

Depresso.

but I was pro-caffeinating.

As I mentioned yesterday, today is Saint Winnaloe’s Day. This is the last of three days at the beginning of March which were celebrated as Saint’s Days in Britain during the Middle Ages. The first was for Saint David who is Patron Saint of Wales and the most important of these three saints. The second was for Saint Chad who was born in Northumbria but lived in Mercia in northwest England.

There is a rhyme about these three days,

“First Saint David, then Saint Chad,

Then Winnaloe as though he was mad."

This refers to the strong winds in Britain during March. We have strong March Winds as well as April Showers (and Mad March Hares).

This will be reprinted tomorrow in Garfield only slightly updated, in three frames and with Garfield rather than the Wiz.

Not being a wizard I suppose I have to do with my sweet and hot decaf tea and lemon.

…..and it takes quite a few minutes for that one brain cell to start working!!!!!

I guess Wiz fills in for God when he’s got a full schedule.

Coffee addiction can be powerful.
