So you might as well shut it off. I don’t know anyone who turns the television on just so they can watch commercials.
Programs don’t have sponsors anymore. You will see all the commercials whatever you watch.
Practically the only network TV show I watch is “Svengoolie”. All my other entertainment comes from streaming services. They deliver content when I want and without commercials !
Today I can’t tell which is commercials an which is the show???
That’s what I must look like when those free to watch services mess up because of the commercial.
If i had a pants. I’d pants in the morning. I’d pants in the evening. All over this land!
When I watch Jeopardy! and there is bad weather in the neighborhood the local news station will break into the show itself to report about it, but during commercials they don’t. I can never understand that.
Yeah. I’d kind of rather see technical difficulties than commercial breaks being as long as they are these days.
gee, thanks so much… :(
Funny, that always works out that way.
Ain’t it the truth!
Commercial on TV, Ads on the internet, ads fill what’s left of newspapers. WHAT I DON"T UNDERSTAND:If you can afford it, you can pay extra, to NOT see ads. If you can’t afford it, you get tons of ads for stuff you can not afford to buy.
… and now for a word from Bob’s Broadcasting Repair Service.
Looks more like an infomercial for tires…
Zig needs to stop watching “appointment TV”
The purpose of television is not to entertain – it is to get you to “buy”.
The “programming” is only there to get you to pay attention to the commercials – most people mistakenly believe that television is there to “entertain” you – it’s not – it’s there to sell you stuff – the “entertainment” is there ONLY to hold your attention between commercials.
The commercial breaks are so long now, you have enough time to go to the bathroom and not miss anything.
Some channels on TV PLUS put up a blank screen if they don’t have an advertiser. 3 minutes of dead air will have you begging for a commercial.
Please no , please no, in God’s name no more commercials.
Obviously he has Spectrum Cable.
Change the channel!
