I set my scale for two sounds. The one for weight loss is a magic wand sound and the one for weight gain is the comical loss situation sound.

My bathroom scale announces your weight. It’s a liar. ;-)

I can only wish to be hungry at bedtime, tummy talking to me, happens but at times. I have trouble with weight.

And that is the root of the word “Breakfast”, literally Break Fast.

I think the only way I could possibly lose weight would be to amputate something.

Why would anyone feel guilty about sleeping? That is like feeling guilty about breathing.

My scale gives me weight, body fat and bone density but I haven’t used it in a month. Something about the batteries going south…

No shame in sleeping in.
